I have experience started as a web-master, where I had to do everything: backend, frontend, solve customer problems, and so forth. That gave me the skill of seeing the whole picture of a product and solving tasks that seem to be not my responsibility. And now, I'm a front-end developer. Have many years working with React ecosystem, but once I've started interesting in Svelte. Have big experience of remote work. Have experience of leading a team in the Enterprise (led team remotely). My interests are in: developing/architecting apps, leading a team, doing what the mature developer should do - solve tasks that are not typical.

Your recent experience of working on a team as a React developer

My experience started as a web-master, where I had to do everything: backend, frontend, solve customer problems, and so forth. That gave me the skill of seeing the whole picture of a product and solving tasks that seem to be not my responsibility. And now, I'm a front-end developer. Have many years working with React ecosystem, also once I've started interesting in Svelte. Have big experience of remote work.

On one of my projects, I worked with YII2 framework. I developed a project in the domain of pos-advertisement. We were building the platform for the meeting of the employers and employees. One needed some people for doing advertisement activity on their public events, and the others offered themselves with the help of their CV and experience. Smth like the workers hunting platform in a specific domain.

One of my projects was a startup written with jQuery on the client side. I have brought them the React ecosystem. That's why I was hired there. We did a lot of moving to React in our free time (because it was startup and there were no options to extend the deadlines for the project), but still, it was an interesting adventure, and we gained a lot of benefits with that.

One of my recent projects was a banking system project. I was leading one of their teams. The team consisted of 3 front devs, me, QA, and PM. The tech stack was: React, own state manager inspired by Redux, SSR, mono-repository. It was Enterprise, hundred front-devs, a lot of cross-team interaction and so fore.

Tell about the last project that you worked on involving React and describe exactly the parts of the application for which you were personally responsible.

On the last project, I worked on a platform in the domain of cyber security. The project consists of a platform that aggregates different apps inside it. These apps are built with the micro-frontend approach. My responsibility is - to be a member of the Core team and develop the common mechanisms, for other apps (micro-frontends), provide interaction between these parts of the system, participate in the designing of the platform architecture and so fore.

I admire such things in my experience: worked in different kinds of projects (Enterprise, middle size, startup), led a team, was one of the developers of the core frontend team where we were creating the base of our project for us and other teams.

Які у вас очікування від нової роботи/проекту/компанії?

My expectations from a new project are to occupy the position where I will be helpful: for the project as a whole, establishing processes of development/delivery of a product, solving some new atypical tasks. Be smth like a team's lead, or a principal developer, whatever.
